Calculator inputs and downloads
Our calculators process the numbers you enter in your browser. The calculator code does not transmit those numbers to an application server, save them in browser storage or upload images or documents. Selected files are processed in your own browser; we do not upload them to our servers or keep server-side copies. The optional photo preview reads the selected image in browser memory without uploading it. Clearing the photo or closing the page releases the tool’s reference to it. Custom printable PDFs are generated in your browser; downloaded files remain on your device until you delete them. The downloadable PDFs do not require an account or email address.
Hosting and technical information
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site. When you visit a page or download a file, Cloudflare processes request information that can include your IP address, traffic-routing data and technical information about your connection. This supports website delivery and security. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details about its processing.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include in the message, such as your name or attachments. We use that information to respond to your enquiry, investigate corrections and keep relevant correspondence. Email is handled through the email services used to send and receive the message.
Please send only the information needed to explain your question. You can email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have sent us. Any applicable retention obligations will be considered when responding.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use optional Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and improve the site. The Google tag loads only after you choose Accept optional cookies. If you decline, our tools remain available and the Google Analytics tag is not loaded. Hosting and security services may process technical data independently.
When enabled, Google Analytics processes page views and technical information such as browser/device details and connection information. Google may process data on servers outside your country. Our integration does not send selected photo contents, filenames or calculator values as custom analytics events. Page addresses sent by our integration exclude query strings and fragments. Advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled in our tag configuration. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites.
Your analytics choice is stored locally for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured with a 180-day expiry, which may be renewed on visits. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. Rejecting after acceptance disables further measurement and reloads the page; our code also removes accessible GA cookies. This does not delete data Google already received. Analytics retention and any additional measurement settings are controlled in the Google Analytics property. Google ads are not active; this analytics choice is not advertising consent.

Advertising is not currently enabled on Printsize Lab. The following explains the planned advertising service, not cookies currently set by this website. Our present optional-cookie choice enables analytics only.
If we enable Google AdSense, Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on visits to this site and other websites. Google’s advertising cookies allow it and its partners to personalize advertising using browsing activity. Google advertising services may use doubleclick.net; these are often called DoubleClick advertising cookies. They are distinct from our current Google Analytics cookies.
You can manage personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center. Participating third-party vendors also offer choices through YourAdChoices. Opting out of personalization does not necessarily remove advertising or all advertising-related data processing. Choices may depend on your browser, device and sign-in state.
